Upcoming Virtual Mindfulness Workshop for Couples

Join Kimberly Carson, MPH, C-IAYT and Jim Carson, PhD of the Duke Health and Well-Being Programs Team for an eight-week online Mindfulness-Based Relationship Enhancement (MBRE) workshop–the first clinically studied mindfulness program designed for couples. Led by the developers of MBRE, this adaptation of the standard Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) protocol is an instructor-led, virtual program that will help you enhance your relationships. Mindfulness-Based Relationship Enhancement has been shown in research trials to improve relationship satisfaction, autonomy, relatedness, closeness, and acceptance of one another.
